    We offer free standard shipping on orders over $45, and on orders under $45 USD, we charge $6 for shipping. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.

    Refund policy

    Holiday Return Window
    For gifts ordered between November 16–December 16, you have until January 16 to start the return process.

    General Return Policy
    For physical goods, you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.

    Shipping charges are not refundable, and Zmaagg does not cover any costs for the return.

    To return an item, email us with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

    Super cute project with everything you need

    I'm not really at the "advanced" beginner stages yet with crochet, but I can definitely say I'll be working my way up to this project as soon as I can read patterns a little more comprehensively. I absolutely love the color of the yarn and the fact that the kit has everything you could need to get this hanging plant just right.

    This is a fun set with 3 sets of instructions to make 3 different styles of hanging plants. The kit also includes scissors, a hook, along with the yarn and stuffing. I am excited to get started on making these.

    Very well organized, step by step instructions

    This kit really has everything you'll need to get going. Besides the obvious supplies like stuffing, yarn, and a crochet hook, it also comes with separate pamphlets per each plant project with written descriptions AND color photos. I highly recommend this kit! It's a lot of fun and you can't kill these plants with a black thumb! Haha!

    I am really enjoying this craft! It is a neat different thing other than an animal to crochet! A great beginner kit that comes with everything you need to make this craft! Great for your own crafting project or a great gift for someone who likes to crochet or wants to learn.

    This is an adorable kit for beginners to crochet. And considering you're getting three little projects to work on, I feel like the price is really good. I really like that the projects in this kit. I haven't finished the projects yet, but I imagine you'll learn some techniques from this kit
