Holiday Return Window
For gifts ordered between November 16–December 16, you have until January 16 to start the return process.
General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and Zmaagg does not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item, email us with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues

This crochet kit has everything you need to make an adorable penguin. The instructions and instructional videos are great. However, this is not really a kit for beginners and is a bit challenging if you were to have no crocheting experience or knowledge.
I am still a beginner this kit was satisfying to see the family together once finished. Also love how they are not all the same size. This kit comes with everything you need and more.
So quick note about me. I am pretty crafty overall. I don't crochet and haven't ever followed a crochet pattern before but I do sew quilts, clothes, and purses. I knit scarves and socks (from a pattern) and I do some paper crafts as well. I picked this because my 10-year-old thought this was so cute
