Holiday Return Window
For gifts ordered between November 16–December 16, you have until January 16 to start the return process.
General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and Zmaagg does not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item, email us with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues

Even though I have been crocheting for a few years, I like this kit because it was a small project I could easily finish in my spare time.
I got this for my daughter who wants to learn how to crochet. She knows the basic stitch but wanted a small project that she could finish. I love that there is step by step instructions on YouTube. It comes with a code you scan to take you to the instructions.
I definitely think a beginner could sit down with the instructions and the video and work thru this project. But having Grandma help might be even better.
Comes with everything you need to make these two cute penguins. You tube video was helpful to follow for my novice child. Comes in a nice box perfect for a gift.
Being a tactile learner, I am happy it comes with a video. Ordered more of these!
