Holiday Return Window
For gifts ordered between November 16–December 16, you have until January 16 to start the return process.
General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and Zmaagg does not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item, email us with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues

If youre just getting into crochet, these kits are a nice way to learn because they include everything you need along with instructions. Ive done many of these kits and this one was really nice. They teach you basic stitches and show you how to do everything.
It turned out so cute and was quick and easy to make. I am not a beginner at crochet, but the directions are so clear and the stitches are easy enough someone new at crochet should have no problems.
Very cute and perfect for beginners! The results are pretty good, but it does vary depending on your skill level. Could also use more filler as we add our own to make it fuller.
the project is a bit more complicated than it looks. It needs a lot of increases and decreases and I can see a beginner struggling with it. I did watch the youtube videos that you can watch after scanning a QR code, and that made it way easier. the instructor was very clear and gave the instructions very carefully and slowly, which is what a begginer needs
This crochet has everything you need to complete a small stuffed dinosaur,The yarn was a bit lighter and brighter than shown on the listing but otherwise it was exactly as described.That being said the manufacturer has done their best to provide instructions and videos that can be used for beginners and more experienced crocheters. The YouTube video tutorials can be found by scanning the QR code found in the instructions.
