Holiday Return Window
For gifts ordered between November 16–December 16, you have until January 16 to start the return process.
General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and Zmaagg does not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item, email us with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It's going to be a little bit before i can start this, but i have gone through all of the components and instructions. They give you enough yarn to properly complete the crochet, I highly recommend this adorable little set!
My daughter has been crocheting for a while and found this kit to be fairly easy. She said it's not for someone's first time, but anyone who has had some practice should be able to figure out how to make this cute animal. It says it's a dog, but it could also pass for a bear.
