Holiday Return Window
For gifts ordered between November 16–December 16, you have until January 16 to start the return process.
General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and Zmaagg does not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item, email us with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues

This is one of the better crochet kits for beginners that I have come across. Particularly because of how workable this yarn is. Many of these kits contain thin yarn prone to breaking or splitting but not this kit.
I'll be working on this with my mom, who knows how to crochet, so hopefully this will alleviate any issues that might arise.
Its a gray koala with a green hat. The yarn material is so soft. I love it theres a green or gray and black yarn. Everything you need to do the project is in the little box. There are step-by-step directions AND also video tutorials which are helpful! It seems like its gonna be so much fun and it seems straight forward. Im excited to give this a try.

It came with everything you need. As a someone who wants to learn crochet this was the best decision! When i made it my family loved it and so do i. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow you just really have to want to do it!
